Products I tried: April

I love using face masks, however I don't use them as much as I should! I made an effort to use the Origins Out of Trouble mask during April and I did enjoy it. I use this mainly on my nose and it's left feeling so refreshed and deeply clean. I didn't notice a dramatic difference after using this, however a couple of days later any blemishes did start to go down.

I have enjoyed using the Balance Me radiance oil*. I like that this is a rollerball, so I can apply this directly onto my skin or onto my hands and then pat it in. My skin is left skin feeling very hydrated and nourished, without feeling overly oily.

This month I used the Smooth Care day care moisturiser a few times, however I didn't particularly like it. There was a thick layer on the top which I had to remove and then the texture was like a mousse. It sank in very quickly as well, so I didn't have much time to massage it in. This definitely does not beat my favourite Arbonne moisturiser

The Elizabeth Arden eye-shadow duo is definitely something I'm going to start using more often. The powders apply and blend very nicely, plus are nice and buildable.

I am not a big fan of the L'Oreal lip gloss. It feels very thick when applied and is slightly heavy and sticky feeling. It tastes horrible if you accidentally lick it as well! The pink colour faded quickly and left just glitter on my lips.

Have you tried any of these products? I would love to know how you got on with them.

I hope you all have a lovely day!
